Northern Soul has always been popular in the area since the 70's with Wigan Casino, Yate, Stafford and the 100 Club being regularly attended. Gloucester has been consistent with regular Soul events thanks to The Gloucester Soul Crew Collective and the Soul on Wax Team. With a resurgence in Stroud thanks to the Five Valleys Soul Club and the Bristol Northern Soul Club getting more and more Popular, Northern Soul is definitely on the Up. This is the first of what will be a Bi-Annual Event so as to fit in with all the various Events in the Region.
